Every profile is in the same format, making the information you need both easy to find and compare. Here’s how it breaks down:

Cover Page

    On the first page of each profile you will find the athlete’s website, major titles, birthdate, contest and off-season bodyweights, how long they prepare for a contest and an intro to that athlete’s profile.

Precontest Training

    Here you’ll find every detail, no matter how small, of how that athlete trains. Bodypart splits, sets, reps and a special set-by-set workout for their best bodypart are included. And, you’ll get two incredible bonuses!

Precontest Diet and Supplementation

    You’ll see their exact precontest diet and supplement program. This includes the exact meals they eat, complete with measurements in ounces and cups for every food. And each measurement is defined as a cooked or raw weight, to eliminate any potential confusion. Water intake, meal frequency and cheat meals or cheat days are dealt with as well.

The Last Week

    Every athlete has messed up in the final week before a show at some point in their career, so there is a complete section dealing with this critical time that can make or break you. You’ll see exactly how each athlete peaks the last week, with sections on food and water intake and manipulation, carb depletion and loading, training and cardio and other secrets that can make all the difference. You’ll even see the exact meals they eat on the day of the contest to look full and shredded without spilling over and holding water.

The Finishing Touches

    Here you’ll find out how each athlete tans to prepare for the show, when they start using tanning lotions and creams and their exact regimen including the number of coats they use and the timing of the applications in relation to appearing on stage. You’ll also see how and when they practice posing and some posing tricks to enhance your hardness on stage. They’ll disclose what they do to keep water retention to a minimum when flying to a contest. I was fanatical in being attentive to detail and wrote every profile within hours of when the interview was conducted so that my notes and recollection of everything they said were exact.
